Delivery charges
Our products are available for delivery nationwide (including Scottish islands and highlands). Our products are despatched from our warehouse in Bolton, Greater Manchester on pallets. Purchases that require delivery are charged as shown on our shop pages and customers will need to add this service to the order. Large orders from commercial customers may require a specialised delivery service. Please contact us and we can advise on the cheapest option available.
Delivery times and timescales

Our goods are despatched during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made between 0800-1800 on weekdays. Orders received by midday (for products currently in stock) are normally despatched on the same day. Our contracted couriers provide a next working day service for most addresses on the British mainland, however deliveries to some remote areas of the country can take longer e.g Scottish islands and highlands. Deliveries to Northern Ireland will require an EORI number. Please contact us for further details.

Pallet deliveries and requirements
Our products are delivered on pallets. On the day of delivery customers must ensure there is sufficient space for a delivery truck to park safely and with sufficient room for the pallets to be unloaded. Our courier operates a kerbside delivery service. This means your pallets are delivered to the closest point to your delivery address. Your order will be handled with care and will be delivered to your home or business address. If the customer is not available at the address at the time of delivery and there is nobody else present to receive the items a redelivery may be required which can incur an extra charge. If you anticipate the need for a smaller vehicle to complete the delivery due to clearance restrictions, a narrow road or lack of suitable parking or turning space please contact us by phone or online enquiry form and we can advise.
Tracking the courier online
Courier tracking is available.
Upon receipt of delivery
Please check your order before signing the driver’s paperwork. Any problems discovered with the order (damaged items or items missing) must be raised with us via telephone or online contact form within 24 hours. Issues must also be recorded on the delivery driver’s paperwork. We will endeavour to look into and resolve any problems as soon as possible.
